Seriously, for scale. Only other thing I can think of is someone walking/riding between the cars putting it there while a train was stopped. Again, quintessential MARTA.

I don’t know if someone climbed off the platform, over the tracks, and up the divider sign to put that there or if this is a lucky throw. But it’s funny to me for some reason.
