Agree. And I handled cases in which removal of a person to a third country was potentially lawful, and it was my understanding that, in many instances, a regulation demanded various procedures before removal occurs. Is that wrong?

Trump's recent poll numbers--on the economy and otherwise--are worse than they have been. But I don't think you can assume that people answered this question based wholly on their own economic self interest.
