It might just be me, but I feel Hytale's player feedback is lacking.
The sounds alone don't match up, a lack of heavy step sounds for the golems is a perfect example.
I also find the game tough to look a at, but overall I just feel a disconnect between player action and experiential feedback

As a side project I've been modelling the Stargate from scratch.
Some simple procedural materials for the moment in blender, but hoping I can get some baked materials (from blender or UE5) to add the finer details onto.
Might even challenge myself to make it function as a prop in engine... 🤔

I discovered 3D modelling at 13 or so, I started by practicing to make Stargates... I was awful. Now when ever I want to jump back into modelling I try and make a #Stargate to warm up.

An amusing side effect of generative AI are shorts tutorials.
"Dont try to animate a fish like this, instead create a displace modifier and set it to fish. you're done."

Acting (whether voice or not) can't be made AI.
The Arts have always been about concious expression, and to expect people to feel comfortable with entirely machine made expression is just silly.
It can mechanically replicate, but not emotionally express. Corpos acting otherwise are gonna suffer.
