Not so much “able to question transgender women” as “able to question people about their biological sex” ie “able to question anyone they consider does not fit the stereotype of the sex of the service they are heading towards..”. Do not fit the gatekeepers’ stereotypes? - prepare to be questioned.

…and how much does it undermine someone’s will to fully contribute & commit to a country if they know they will be told to pack up and leave at some unknown date in the future.
