“…beautiful water flow that I just opened in California” DJT. Spillways opened and water flowed into the cropless fields and sunk into the desert basin 200 miles from Los Angeles. Farmers pay for that water to irrigate summer cotton, almond and alfalfa crops. If there is any left in the dam.
