It isn't privilege. He's been hospitalized multiple times for mental health issues per his mother. Schizophrenia being one of his issues.

He bumped into me in a hotel lobby. Literally. He and a couple of others came out of the elevator and into the lobby proper. He was turned around talking and ran right into me before I could move.
He was nice about it. And I didn't even realize who he was until 30 seconds later. Lol.

I've looked into it. Thought of starting small at city level. The amount of money and time is daunting to someone who isn't independently wealthy.

The only thing that has upset me about this: In one of the unchosen proposed maps, I would have been in the new minority district. I would have loved to be able to vote for someone that I felt would represent my beliefs. Otherwise, there are rarely even Dems running at all in any positions.

It was. But they took it down for *some* reason.
