Cycling from the Alps to the Mediterranean would be a tough challenge for most people, but David Exell has just clocked up that distance at 84... raising an astonishing £15,000 in the process!

Water walkers go the extra mile (and many more!) to raise over £7k

Not satisfied with walking just six miles for our 2025 Charity Walk, an intrepid bunch of 11 BAS supporters managed 385 miles between them... around Coniston Water.

Time to sign up for stripes!

We're just weeks away from World Stroke Day... and we'll be marking the occasion in style with our very own "Stripes For Stroke" fundraising event – and asking schools, colleges and workplaces to show their support for local stroke-affected people.
