I'll say this as well, it's like night and day compared to the DWP. I've been learning a lot about what my capabilities are and what kind of work I could look for in the future. At no point has she pushed me to apply for a job or threatened me about cutting my lifeline like a DWP coach does.

I'm even seeing an NHS employment support therapist to look into what kind of work I could do without all the depression and anxiety I've had when working my whole life.

These are services that are severely underfunded but would actually help people find work that they can actually do.

Since my autism diagnosis and learning about what that means I've felt so much better than the last decade of being told it was just depression and anxiety.

I've been thinking about self harm and suicide way less and I'm generally much happier in myself.

It also means it must adopt anti-oppression as one of its political leadership principles alongside socialism and anti-imperialism.
