Last year my father started having health issues related to his pancreas and colon.

He underwent surgery and ultimately chemo for what they determined to be early stage cancer.

Today we found out the treatments didn’t work and there is nothing to do but wait and keep him as comfortable as we can.

In my twenties, late night design sessions were frequent and happened after a couple of drinks but before (and sometimes after) a night of dancing.

Now they almost never happen. But if they do, I’m always in sweats and glasses drinking water and in bed by 10:30.
