Nothing is normal. I’m forcing my hands to just make things so that I don’t doom scroll. But California sunny days help. 🍊🌸

I’ve been making stuff but it doesn’t feel important. But I’m going to post it anyway because nothing makes sense and posting it hurts no one. Here are orange balls and leaves. I’m an original. What can I say? Sending everyone community healing.

I saw this painting on Pinterest however it was made with gouache. I wanted to see what it would look like to recreate it with posca markers. I can’t find the original artist for the concept but I want to thank them for this practice and inspiration 🍒🌸

We are being conditioned to normalize all of this nonsense so that when a new fresh hell emerges it feels normal. None of this is normal!!!! You can feel it right?

A little oil pastel fish. I’m not great at this medium yet but it’s fun to play with something new ✨ #art #oilpastels

A Sketchbook gem ✨ I 💛 her and you should too! I drew this with a 05 micron and filled in some of her hair with a 2 & a brush micron 🖊️

I used a little bit of everything here. Watercolor, soft pastels, acrylic paint and posca pens. #art

I made this in the summer when the sun actually graced us with her presence ☀️ I used watercolor & color pencil to make various patterns and textures & then I cut out layered shapes to create a landscape. I used foam glue dots to create more dimension that totally goes unappreciated in photos 🫠

Anyone want to teach me how to talk about my own art? I made this linocut snake in the leaves and then I used watercolor in pink and red as a base layer and then stamped in black ink and then decorated her in soft pastels because she’s a lady.
