Super proud of my recent half! Was shooting for 2:20, and exceeded my goal! Runna has been a game changer this go around. My last half was in ‘23 & I finished in 2:50, so this was a huge jump. My new goal is 1:55 by March 7 to surpass my 2015 PR!

This run felt like such a fail. I started out too fast, and halfway I just slowly gave up from there. I was shooting for a 5k PR and just couldn’t get it. Focusing on getting stronger every day, and this is not a setback it’s a learning experience.

Super proud of my run today! I was worried about keeping up with some of the paces on such a long run, but I killed it. I even PRd my 10k and 15k! The last 2 miles were tough, but it’s done and I’m happy with the results. Happy weekend!

I’ve never had a long run feel so good! It was one of those runs that I felt like I could just keep going. Ran the whole way which hasn’t happened on a while for such a long run. This training plan has really helped me grow as a runner!

I never watched this series, so maybe that’s why I didn’t love this more, but overall a good listen. Sad to see just how easily it is for these groups to prey on people and get away with it. Good on her for warning others with her experience.
