They've also approved bills to reduce hurdles to convert vacant office buildings into residences, make it illegal for cities to disallow manufactured homes and relax local rules in college towns that say how many unrelated adults can live in a home.

I would love to see John Bel Edwards run for Senate in LA. And Doug Jones again in AL. I’d be happy to see them run as Dems, but maybe they’d fair better as Independents if the state party decided to stand down?
