Look at any A/R accounting at a typical nursing home and you’ll find tens if not hundreds of thousands of $$ outstanding due to paperwork. Not like the care wasn’t provided. Admin Law Judges mostly see this & force the payments, but it is an arduous process and many give up (as planned by govt)
