It seems like they were trying to calculate an implicit "tariff" other countries impose on the US based on the trade deficit. I'm assuming their idea is to impose an explicit tariff to bring trade back to parity, but the math is wrong and things don't work like that...

Aliasing numpy as np, pandas as pd, matplotlib.pyplot as plt, and seaborn as sns, etc. are 100% better than writing out the full names. It's a convention that everyone in data science is familiar with.

yeah but how do you manage your windows? Throwing a window over to another screen has been easier for me than trying to virtually split/tile windows
