No, because US media won't report. In 1989 my Panamanian classmate went home for Xmas and came back with VHS tapes(from Panamanian TV) showing cars stuck in traffic that were flattened by US tanks...zilch from any US media...

Other weird stuff with the mail too: last summer I had books shipped from South Dakota to East Asia...it went from SD to Denver to San Francisco to L.A., back to San Fran, then to Asia...basically one warehouse? to another, but definitely slower send off...They could also decide route by zip code..
