And now as I spend the last week of my unemployment cooking and tidying up, I'm glad to get started on a new Position with a new company. I won't be in the kitchen like I used to, but I'll still be managing a 4 different kitchens this time.

Got recertified in everything I needed to continue in my culinary career, ended up being addicted to coffee and all it's forms. Wasn't planning on spending money at a coffee shop so I created all the ingredients to make them myself.

I got laid-off at the end of July and I've spent that last 2 months at home (very much needed time off) cooking and rediscovering my passion for the culinary arts!
