Well there are also MLR rebates in the employer-provided ins markets as well, but they are a bit less visible.

Obv who knows what he means but like a lot of his Rx company friends he could be using the same MO: tout something you would be doing already as some new policy to kiss up to people who don’t actually care about the policy details.

Are you sure this isn’t just the MLR rebates that are pretty regular in the ACA marketplace?

If you look closer, I think they mean Medicare and just wrote Medicaid by accident. It’s the only way the budget score makes any sense.
