Ill say it here we lost against the Taliban in a small country after 20 years having little opposition against us. They (the active troops at least the ones that abide by this bs) stand no fn chance. There are way more of us and we are better armed.

Fair point. I would argue here that the likelihood of the sheer dept of involvement and numbers op personse with political power and influence resources and the timid almost compulsory attitude the American media has to be taken into account.
