completely understand! This past year, I took my first proper time-off from a job for myself. Not for a trip for family, loved ones, etc. A staycation of "I want to be off for a week" and that whole week I found so much "busy work" to get done, that the week was gone and I hardly rested, at all. 😅

I feel that entirely. I've lately been finding myself doing the same. I will pull up my editing software, a demo to record, cards to organize, etc, and end up losing hours in the thoughts of these actions but not taking any action still. I'm sorry you're going through the same right now. Rest well!
