Ran two miles! Extended by about a third of a mile and found a good route to do so! Hand is still in a brace from my skateboarding and hasn’t shown any signs of improvement 😭 playlist was so fire today.

First rub post 5K! I am a little sore still, mostly in my thighs. I wanted to extend my run a tiny bit but my digestive system said not today. 😂
