I see no problem with this answer. The only reason to discuss it with your therapist is as a litmus test for how supportive they are.

I'm disappointed that those people aren't just a Christian phenomenon. It feels like when a weird, obscure fanfic trope makes it back into the original work.

Speaking from experience, it's at least two of three. Wellbutrin can be used as an adjunct to ADHD meds when those aren't as effective, so chances are good that it's helping with both MDD and ADHD. I'm glad it's working for you! 😄
