Trump didn’t appoint RFK Jr because he believed he was the most qualified person to run Medicaid, Medicare, NIH, FDA, ACA, HRS, Children & Families, etc, with the largest budget in the govt.

He appointed him because he wanted his endorsement at a critical time.
