I’ve always run ReST as 12 sessions over 3 weeks (4 sessions Mon-Fri for 3wks) but have a family asking for 5 days, 5 days and 2 days (so only wknds off).
My brain says this doesn’t deviate from the research that much (or the way I’ve interpreted it) but I’d love input. @tricmc.bsky.social
