Intel Arc works with Ubuntu!!!!
Installed an Arc A380 into my media server and it posted and transcodes in Plex!
Woohooo!!!
I did follow Intel's instructions to update my kernel to 6.14 instead of 6.8 via Cannonical's documentation (and had to update my mobo firmware to enable resizable bar)

One of the interns brought in an old Dell PowerEdge 2600 from 2002!!!
This thing has 2 PSUs, 6 drive bays, two disks drives, an old scsi card, and hasn't been booted in 10-15 years. We spent most of the day just trying to clean it out
