Discovery responses are not usually filed with the Court. They’re served on the opposing party. So they wouldn’t appear on PACER unless attached as an exhibit to a discovery motion.

To use a terrible sports analogy, the Trump administration has now fully rounded the constitutional crisis base while continuing to thumb its nose at the umpire. I wish today's 1pm hearing was being streamed. Hopefully there's a reporter or two posting live updates.

So, you realize that you voted for cloture to strip these funds from the district, right? Maybe that could have been a point of negotiation instead of relying on the non existent goodwill of the House Rs?
