We’ve all criticised Konate at some point or other this since but he’s been outstanding tonight. The events of the past week or so in his life have been difficult to put it lightly and we don’t know what he’s had to deal with in the weeks/months leading up to it. Is right Ibou!✊

Very obvious when Newcastle attack and get in they’ve no natural no. 9. Couple of occasions in the first and so far this second half they’ve been missing a body in the centre for a final ball pass

Liverpool’s current centre-back shortage has uncomfortable parallels with the 2020/21 season — a campaign that promised so much and unravelled quickly.

I’ve written about the risks, the lack of action, and why repeating history feels avoidable.

Couple good saves from the Ali, both full backs excellent, Midfield solid with Dom a stand out, Ekitike lively and Salah looked fresh. Good nights work from the Reds there #LFC

Going to put it out there. I actually think De Zerbi is a bit of a fraud

Twelve games unbeaten, yet Anfield still isn't convinced.

This run has been defined by draws, slow tempo and an attack short on ideas - not by statement wins. Avoiding defeat doesn't always mean moving forward.

Have always wanted to have a go at fan media be it in written or spoken form so decided to take the plunge.

Might be nonsense but I’d appreciate if you would give it a read and/or share it with your mates. Up the Reds! #LFC

Genuinely do feel for Slot. Gave us all a few of the best days of our lives last April and May. He deserves to go down as a legend at LFC regardless of what the future holds for him and the club #LFC

One thing I’ve taken from watching the Stick to Football v The Good, The Bad & The Football quiz is Nicky Butt comes across as an absolute pipe

He wore the number 20. He took us to victory. He ran down the left wing and cut inside and scored for LFC. Better than Figo, don’t you know. His name is Diogo. ❤️

Just want that first game of the season against Brentford to be this weekend. To stand side by side with 60+ thousand Reds and sing Jota’s name for 90 minutes. Sing it with love, passion, celebration & sadness rolled into one. On the 15 August we will do just that and forever more after ❤️

Not just one of my favourite live Anfield/LFC moments but one of my favourite sporting moments to witness was Jota’s winner and the aftermath in the Albert from Spurs in April 2023. ❤️
