From spending a lot of time in the last few years trying to get my own mental health in order I genuinely believe that not being authentic and kind to yourself is one of the main drivers of poor mental health. Unfortunately ‘society’ wants to judge anyone who does try to be kind to themselves.

It is a great film, although I wish the name was easier to remember - I'm always messing it up

I love “Curse of the Were-Rabbit”, but it’s got to be the “Shaun the Sheep Movie”, purely because I went to see it with my kids, not expecting to enjoy it, and I laughed the whole way through. Modern “silent” cinema at its best

Just started my TP & accompanying podcast journey this week with the pilot & Ep1. Was watching with ear buds in and my son came in just as Benjamin was sucking Catherine’s toes. He walked straight back out again. Then later said, can I watch that programme from the start with you, it looks good!!! 🤣

When my Uncle was dying I was able to take his dog to see him in hospital in Scotland. We now look after his dog.
