Unfortunately, horribly, I think this answers the question of, “If given illegal or genocidal orders, will our serving military refuse to carry them out?” The answer is, apparently, no, they‘re all in for committing war crimes and won’t refuse any orders, legal or otherwise.
This is terrifying.
