The OBR uses WordPress? Really? I suppose this is a *plausible* explanation, but for some reason I'm not entirely convinced. I guess I'd need to research how many government departments use WordPress... it does seem odd, though, WP, and they don't know how their add-ons actually function..
![It found the OBR had uploaded its budget documents to a link that it believed... [private]. However, because the organisation was using a particular add-on to the WordPress publishing system, the link ended up being live, unbeknownst to the OBR itself.
