These defendants are accused of violent crimes. It’s unlikely the DPP would go down the route you suggest, particularly as everybody has seen the video. But - are there any other defendants, charged with violent crimes, that you would like special pleading for??

Once again for those who don’t understand the firewall between the courts and politicians: ministers cannot circumvent or override judicial decisions, even if it’s in favour of your favourite cause.

Firstly, they could choose to eat. Secondly, politicians cannot interfere with court rulings and the legal process - you’d be the first to complain if that happened in other circumstances.

It’s not libellous to publish a name that’s been revealed in open court. The application for anonymity failed.

It’s clear as day. What you’re actually wishing for - but what @humanists.uk won’t give you - is condemnation of gender critical people. Your attempts to browbeat them won’t work - that tactic stopped working some time ago. You’re wasting your time, and more importantly, theirs.

It’s not a “nationwide bathroom ban”. And males haven’t been using female bathrooms for “decades”; this is a recent development which the majority of the public, now they know what’s going on, object to.

Or to turn that around, the EA addresses sex-based and sexuality-based rights in detail, and expressly protects them. The Court recognised all those rights and said that they were also important.

No trans woman has ever “breast fed” in the commonly accepted understanding of the term, because they are male.
