You nailed it with Wall Street pulling Democrats right of center. Corporate money is the big reason Progressives can't get a foothold within the Democratic Party.

I agree with those Progressives that would like to see a more Progressive Democratic party. However, by refusing to vote for a moderate candidate, we have lost momentum towards that goal. The Democrats were inching to the left and now we have to work hard just to get back to where we were.

We need unity, not finger pointing. It would be the height of stupidity to split our vote with a third party. Maybe work for ranked choice voting instead.

My understanding is that the data exists, but it wasn't put into a report due to no one working during the shutdown. A delayed or revised report should be able to be compiled and/or combined with the next month's data. BLS should be able to provide an estimated report before the next one is due. No?
