We vote for politicians to bring communities together for the good of all with proper joined up infrastructure including health/ transport/education/ utilities,international diplomacy, and by confirming, that no matter our colour, or nationality, we're 'all Jock Tamson's bairns'.

This is the house I lived in for 2 years 1972 to '74 in Culross. Our garden went right down to the Forth. There was a single track train line that carried coal to Longannet power station, but not passengers.

Message on a bottle...Me and my family, used to live in the cottage scratched onto this bottle. A local 'creator' very kindly did it especially for me way back in the 1970s.
Can you guess where this cottage is ? It's still there btw !
