I know, it's horrendous - how R4, and BBC News have fallen. I've been a passionate advocate for R4 for 50 years plus but in the last few years I've had to face the fact that it is nothing like it was. It now has lack of quality & accuracy and focuses on the almost trivial scoring points off guests.

Fully agree, it's just infuriating as they are either butting on guests or saying must end and rudely cutting people off. Useless, and I used to be avid fan for at least 40 years! Oh, and why do they bother with the weather when it is read so fast it's just a garble. I don't understand philosophy

And why do BBC news programs, eg Politics Live, keep inviting her on to all but shout her mad beliefs. Who the hell does she represent, other than a few RW morons?
