Ich gehe davon aus, dass die Berufung zurückgewiesen wird. Die Revision wird zugelassen. Keine EuGH Vorlage.
Gericht wird prüfen, ob LAION "für Zwecke der wissenschaftlichen Forschung" iSd 60d I tätig wurde und ob iSd 60d II (oder III) "zur Vervielfältigung berechtigt".

Harte, deutliche Worte von der New Yorker Rechtsanwaltskammer bezüglich der "Ermordung" (!) von Zivilisten durch die von trump angeordnete Versenkung von Schiffen vor der Küste Venezuelas

Da die jüngsten Angriffe auf venezolanische Schiffe und
ihre Besatzungen nach US-Recht nicht genehmigt waren
und gegen verbindliches Völkerrecht verstießen, handelte es
sich um illegale summarische Hinrichtungen - um Mord. Es
ist unerlässlich, dass der Kongress unverzüglich handelt,
wie es der Gesetzentwurf vorsieht, um dem Präsidenten und
der Nation klar zu machen, dass die Drohung des
Präsidenten mit ähnlichen Angriffen auf venezolanische
Schiffe (und auf Venezuela selbst) rechtswidrig ist und sich
nicht wiederholen darf.

from my understanding they are still determining the cause of the fire. Could be arson, could be an accident. Let's hope for the latter, but given the regular threats judges are currently receiving I wouldn't be surprised.
