You have to keep physicians on a flat salary to avoid conflict of interest.. Ownership of MRI centers, ambulatory surgery centers, Therapy outfits etc. that they potentially refer patients to.. should not be allowed.

- Put all children under 26; adults with disability and over age 65 in public insurance.
- Employed individuals can to opt out and buy public insurance using employer paid premiums
- Require preventive health care and hold big hospital systems accountable for health outcomes in their community

Medicaid and Medicare were supposed to be non- profit but not anymore. They are run by for profit managed care companies ( through Medicare advantage and Medicaid managed care).
