Today I ran on the dreadmill, instead of outside. They predicted rain. Looking back, I probably could have given outside a go at 54 degrees, but they were calling for rain at that point in time.

It was a beautiful run today, except when I fell and managed to scrape my right elbow and right knee. Luckily, the pain faded and I finished the nine miles. Honestly, I didn't know I was bleeding until I got home.
