Right, and the 10 billion tonnes of CO2 figure would actually represent a big win in terms of renewables roll-out. If we can't go much further than that and can't compensate for the remainder with carbon capture it raises some tricky questions about economic growth.

I find it interesting that the American is the only one who cares about individuality, while all the asian characters are pretty chill about the idea of a hive mind. Not saying it's a mistep - American exceptionalism might well be a major theme - but it's certainly notable.

Haha, I'm generally not one to get into arguments online, but if I see someone making an *aggregiously* bad point then I might reply without liking, but that's pretty rare.
