Back when I did Help Desk, usually slowness was because the virus scanners were kicking off, or a patch was being delivered.

Nowadays, I can totally see it being a bad Windows interaction with a driver/program that suddenly drives RAM usage through the roof.

I bought one for custom cases for home automation sensors... but it's been mainly used for kids stuff/decorations. lol soo.... I'm on the fence if it was a worthwhile purchase or not.

I got the previous gen of this one for my teams/video calls. I also used it to record training materials. Use speakers with it, too, so no headphones. I just had to swap the foam screen for the SM7B version and it was golden. I still kinda love it. lol www.shure.com/en-US/produc...
