It is better than putting more poisons into the environment. The rat eats the poison and suffers a horrible death, then an owl , hawk or dog eats the dead rat and suffers the same fate.

He said he would have the National Guard impose martial law, but only in Democratic run cities, which he determines are lawless since they didn't vote for him. How will we get through the next 4 years?
