We’re hosting Thanksgiving this year. Trying to make Brian Lagerstrom’s greatest roast turkey of all time. On Monday, got the turkey into the wet brine. Had a very cute sous chef helping me. The turkey…mostly fit in my container.

Walked out of my house this morning and scared about 50 crows that were just chilling in my front yard. Almost gave me a heart attack; felt like I was in an Alfred Hitchcock movie.
