The project will be a once-in-a-generation investment in our region, and it will take a lot of people to build it. Construction begins later this year. Get ready now by joining a union or pre-apprentice program through one of our trade partners.

MYTH: “They’re replacing the Brent Spence Bridge.”

FACT: A companion bridge is being added as part of the Brent Spence Bridge Corridor Project.

The existing bridge will remain in place and carry local traffic.

The new companion bridge will carry interstate traffic on I-71 and I-75.

🚫 MYTH: The Brent Spence Bridge Corridor Project was designed without community input.

🎯 FACT: In addition to collecting thousands of comments on the project website, hundreds of neighbors shared comments and design ideas during neighborhood meetings, open house events, and public hearings.
