I don’t understand where is this data coming from. sanctions are NOT working. check your sources. Below is weekly data from Bloomberg (week of early June 2025 data).

This is also from BBG this week, but somehow the situation doesn’t look that dramatic? Russia seems to have successfully redirected volumes to India and China and they don’t seem to care + can always switch transponder off, spoof, reload from ship to ship while at sea etc.

Fully support, but I hereby question the effectiveness.
