Why would you place a data center in Maine in the first place? You're looking for the intersection of cheap land, low cost (ideally renewable) power from at least two sources, and good, redundant networking equipment. A few hundred miles away in Quebec would be a much better choice.

At least it's stable. Only one crash in my first few full play through. Civ 6 was a stability mess at launch.
