I think perhaps the strongest general signal is any account that lacks a point-of-view or doesn’t express an opinion.

A few that immediately come to mind are accounts that:
- follow hundreds of accts
- add more than a few follows within a minute
- only reposts, no original content
- vastly greater follows than followers
