Such a bummer! I am excited for these changes. This is because the staff/owners drive their personal cars to work I assume? Obviously no customers are driving to that Key Food

Landlords require income min 40x the monthly rent - $92k/yr for a $2,300/mo apartment. 200% of the federal poverty line is $41k/yr for a family of 2. Impossible for a truly poor family to rent Zohran’s apt unless we also increase the max income for city housing vouchers. Wouldn’t that be socialism?!
