Like even with all the improvements games have made in solo content I really couldn't recommend anything other then like a mortal kombat to someone who doesn't want to play online.

Like the best we get is it's sometimes in the single player mode of fighting games. Thems fighting herds did an amazing single player mode but those still face the issue of a: being tied to a game that is 90 percent focused on the online and b: usually being shit?

I've been saying this for a while but single player fighting games need to come back. Your street fighter 1s' the fatal fury 1's etc. It's such a cool genre of game with so much room for some real experimentation that does prime people for playing multiplayer fighting games but it's like just gone.

2xko is about as accessible as you'll get for a tag game and free.

The story I've heard and it's entirely here say but since the movie executives were like old dues in there sixties and seventies at the time they were like 'ah yes these comics from my childhood, this is what everyone's into now'

Because batman was the big catalyst comic book movie that everyone was copying and for some insane reason Hollywood learnt the lesson 'people want pulp heroes from the 1930s' rather then superheros so we got shadow, dick Tracy, phantom etc.

Two things set it apart.

The characters are fun as hell and it feels like the writers have actually read at least a synopsis of the stories the characters are from.
