I remember scouring the monthly HBO program booklet they used to mail out to subscribers to find when this movie—and many others—was going to play and circling the times so I could watch it. Then once we go a VCR I scheduled a time to record it so I could watch it whenever I wanted.

It’s honestly hard to think it wasn’t deliberate since they heard all the maga pushback and then just doubled down on it by booking Green Day as a big ol’ fuck you to the naysayers

Has police patrolling her house regularly, police has Life 360 on her to track her just in case anything happens, and she’s got a security coming to her house Monday to beef up home security because there are crazies out there that make threats even to council members of small cities in Iowa.

Like there’s been in MN. She detailed how normally law enforcement works with ICE with tons of coordination to do all the procedures for deportment (how it is supposed to be done); nothing like what is happening in MN and elsewhere. If they ever do perhaps she will speak out. I do know even she

But she also agrees tactics are horrible, they’re not following just basic law enforcement procedures, and it’s obviously retribution by Trump. I wish she would speak out more about this as an actual normal reasonable conservative, but so far there hasn’t been the chaos in IA
