Great News!! They should let you ask the questions!

Skillsets needed by investigators include intelligence analysis, criminal justice detection, law, psychology, anthropology, the humanities, as well as science and engineering. The implications of either situation would be profoundly important, although the response might be quite different. /END

the possible characteristics of the source phenomenon. An open-minded investigation that considers the rogue group possibility would resemble one considering NHI. In the latter case, anthropomorphic assumptions about behavior or intentions are best avoided.

"National security" and "just human technology" arguments, often used to deflect investigation should carry no weight in deciding whether to proceed. Both mimicry and use of culturally-knowledgeable deception, such as use of "national security" procedures, must be included in

This is different from the commonly mentioned "rogue group within the CIA or DoD or government contractor." Such a group cannot be assumed to be acting on behalf of a state or a subdivision of a state. Its motives must be approached as an unknown. Arguments that assume normal behavior

a rogue group of actors who are effectively unaccountable to any legal authority must be considered as a possible source of SOME clearly anomalous UAP encounters.

Given Ross Coulthart's recent statements (tic-tacs are LM tech that may not have been "shared" with the DoD) AND statements by Matthew Brown, Jake Barber, Tiny Klaus, Jim Semivan ("non-state actor") and others, AND

This may not be the ideal time or circumstances to examine these allegations, but it will never be. But, because they have not been run to the ground and because they are glossed over, they continue to wreak unknown harm and may be related to the five-alarm fire now taking place in this country. 5/6

Whether the recent releases changed anything with respect to the bottom line conclusions of the JFK assassination is utterly besides the point. How can one have confidence in such conclusions if the lede is buried? 4/6

There are allegations of perjury by CIA officials before Congress and statutory bodies created by Congress. If the allegations are true, the crimes above appear to be continuing to this day. 3/6

The lede is, there are credible, first-hand allegations by official investigators that elements within the CIA "ran an operation" against Congress that have not been properly investigated. 2/6

Congressman Garcia, with great respect:

In yesterday's JFK assassination hearing, statements by the minority witness and by you missed the forest for the trees. 1/6

I find that sometimes sadness needs to be respected, but when I am ready to look, I can find a huge amount of wonder and goodness around me and people who care making a positive difference everywhere. And that I can make a difference, even in just everyday interactions.

8/n: Fourth, he collaborates with George Knapp, who has himself earned his chops many times over. I pay attention to the criticism of these two people. Some, of course, is justified, but the pattern of criticism is itself revealing. Everyone in this field makes mistakes. It is highly complex.

7/n: Third, I assess that his contact with Congress show that he works to get information out in pursuit of the truth, even when there is no direct personal benefit. For example, getting the Immac Const document into the Congressional Record.

6/n: Sometimes, he uses cryptic or muddled language. Parts of the Matthew Brown interview on Weaponized drove me crazy due to lack of follow-up questions. Having seen his ability to paint a very clear picture, I think some of this opaqueness may be part of protecting sources.

5/n: Second, he does appear to work hard to vet his material, while showing concern for his sources. He also uses discretion in deciding what to release.

4/n: First, he genuinely appears to have earned the trust of active and former military and government UAP witnesses. These folks take significant risks to come forward, whether publicly or behind the scenes.

3/n: After paying attention to his work over a period of time, I now believe my initial impulse was wrong for several reasons.
