I know it’s really close to what the oddsmakers have, but 17% on City feels low with Haaland playing how he is. Wouldn’t be surprised if he does for City what Salah did for Liverpool last season.

This seems correct in theory, but in practice 0.5 seems like the absolute lowest opponent xG that would be achievable and if you are doing things tactically to get there are you then hampering your attack to the point where you are no longer able to achieve 1.5 xG yourself.
