I found no signs of v4.10, but older v3.10a and v2.01.
What a pity about the sources. 😢
But you could still declare all binary releases into the public domain or en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unlicense

5) If sources are not available anymore, would you grant permission for commercial and non-commercial use for free (i.e., registration is no longer required) and allow reverse engineering plus modification of the binary?
But you retain credit as the original author in any derivative/modified work.

1) What was the last version of BE?
2) Did its source code survive the years somehow?
3) If so, would you mind to release BE's source code under a libre license, e.g., MIT, GNU GPL...?
